1. Free Trial Period
1.1 30-Day Free Trial
All new users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period.
1.2 Trial Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time during the trial period with no charges. Simply:
- Go to your account settings
- Click "Cancel Account"
- Or contact our support team
1.3 Trial to Paid Conversion
Your trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must manually subscribe to continue using the Service after the trial ends.
2. Annual Subscription
2.1 Subscription Fee
The annual subscription costs KES 15,000 per year, payable in advance.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the start of each subscription period
- Subscriptions are valid for 365 days from the payment date
- We accept payment via M-Pesa
- A receipt will be provided for all payments
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment.
To qualify for a refund:
- Request must be made within 7 days of payment
- This applies only to your first subscription payment
- You must provide a reason for the refund request
- Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service
3.2 Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that we cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- After the 7-day refund period has passed
- For subscription renewals (only first payment is eligible)
- If your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
- If you simply changed your mind after the refund period
- For partial months or unused time (except in service disruption cases)
- If you failed to cancel before renewal
4. How to Request a Refund

- Explain the reason for your refund request

4.3 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
- M-Pesa: 1-3 business days

- The refund will be sent to the same M-Pesa number used for payment
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account settings
- By contacting our support team
- Via email, phone, or WhatsApp
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your account will remain active until the end of your paid period
- You will not be charged for the next period
- You can continue using the Service until your subscription expires
- After expiration, your account will be deactivated
5.3 Data After Cancellation
- You can download your data before cancellation
- We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account within 30 days
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
6. Subscription Renewal
6.1 No Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires.
6.2 Renewal Reminders
We will send you reminder emails:
- 30 days before expiration
- 14 days before expiration
- 7 days before expiration
- On the day of expiration
6.3 Grace Period
After your subscription expires, you have a 7-day grace period to renew without losing access to your data. After 7 days, your account will be deactivated.
7. Price Changes
7.1 Notification of Changes
If we change our subscription prices, we will:
- Notify you at least 30 days in advance
- Honor your current price until your subscription expires
- Give you the option to cancel before the new price takes effect
7.2 Grandfathered Pricing
Existing customers may be offered grandfathered pricing at our discretion.
8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
8.1 Promotional Terms
- Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Promotional pricing may not be eligible for refunds
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
9. Disputes and Chargebacks

10.2 Business Closure
If your business closes, you can cancel your subscription. Refunds for unused time are not provided except within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.
